65% Loading Issues

We understand everyone's frustration at not been able to access The Sims Social for the last 4 days. The main complaint being 'Stuck at 65%'. We know The Sims Social developers have been working on these issues and many others for the last couple of days, rectifying most of them.

The Red Box Quest issue along with many other smaller glitches have been resolved, so progress is been made on many of the players requests. We must remember however frustrating, that the game is still in it's BETA phase and in order for the developers to iron out these niggles and bugs that the game must be taken down, but 4 days does seem unacceptable for many. Playfish has told us that a 'small percentage' of players are still experiencing problems, the 5 main issues been worked on below are slowly getting sorted:

Reported Issues since update:

• Stuck on loading screen
• Oops hit a snag
• friends not showing/disappearing [RESOLVED]
• Sim not showing up [RESOLVED]
• Sim moon-walking/weird behavior [RESOLVED]

'We understand that a small percentage of players are having loading issues whereby the game sticks at 65% and/or are seeing neighbors disappear from their friends list in The Sims Social. We appreciate your patience while we work hard to resolve this for you.'
