As we are all aware. The Sims Social has been having many problems from throughout it's launch. Playfish's way to combat this is to open the game up by country. We know that it is available throughout the UK, but not in Asia or some parts of USA.


If you are not getting a 'Coming Soon' screen and just the usual 35%, 65% loading issues or 502, 504 Bad Gateway these simple tasks may help you get the game running properly:

Very often clearing the cache and cookies is enough to get the game running, so this is the first thing you should do in the event of any loading issue.

• Tip: Clearing is more effective if you close all the open tabs and windows that are active in your browser and logout of Facebook before clearing the cache, then restart the browser before logging in again.

Other things that help:

• Refresh the game.
• Try using a different computer.
• Log out of Facebook, then log back in.

Remember that EA and Playfish are trying there best to rectify all of The Sims Social problems, it may be around a week till full glitch free gameplay but keep trying and be patient.
